Big Mama’s Rib Shack (“Big Mama’s”) is a family – owned and operated restaurant and full service catering company with two locations, one in Pasadena and the other in Las Vegas, Nevada. From satisfying buffets to tray passed hors d’oeuvres, we can customize menus while working with varied budgets.

We have an extensive menu and would be happy to assist you with everyday meetings and presentations. For VIP events and larger parties, we can assist you with on-site service, staff and rentals. Our Pasadena facility is also available for rent (limited capacity and black-out dates apply, please call for more information). Wonderful menus with tailored entrées are often created just for an event.

Smoked or Baked Turkey, Dressing & Giblet Gravy, Cole Slaw or Potato Salad, Yams or Mashed Potatoes, Corn Bread or Rolls. For deep fried turkeys add $35.00.
